It’s not enough to be a skilled coder or have a degree in computer science. To really stand out, you need to be constantly learning and growing your skills and the best way to do that is to learn in public.
That means reading books and blogs, attending meetups and conferences, and sharing what you’ve learned with others. This means being willing to share, and to also learn from those who know more than you.
